A new OPPO smartphone that has a model number of PCPM00 has been certified by the TENAA telecom authority of China.
As of this writing, only the preliminary specs of the phone have surfaced on TENAA. It remains to be seen whether it will be debuting in the market as OPPO Reno 3 series phone.
The TENAA listing of the OPPO PCPM00 does not include its images. The listing has revealed that the phone is fitted with a 6.4-inch display that probably supports full HD+ resolution. The handset houses a minimum rated of 3,935mAh capacity. The device measures 160.2 x 73.3 x 7.9mm. The other details of the phone are currently under wraps. Full specs can be expected to go live in a few days.
The PCPM00 is an upcoming phone for China. OPPO VP Brian Shen had recently shared a render of the OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G phone. It is expected to arrive with a punch-hole display that curves towards both edges. It will be the first phone from the company to arrive with support for dual-mode 5G. Rumors are rife that it could be driven by the Snapdragon 735 5G chipset that is expected to go official soon.
The Reno 3 Pro 5G features a slim-sized chassis with a thickness of only 7.7mm even though it houses a battery of 4,025mAh capacity. Probably, its minimum rated capacity could be 3,935mAh which suggests that this PCPM00 OPPO phone could be the Reno 3 Pro 5G. The device also weighs less than 180 grams.
In a recent report, the OPPO Reno 3 model numbers such s CPH2015 and CPH2025 were spotted at the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). However, the EEC listings did not reveal any information on their specs.
The OPPO PCPM00 TENAA listing does not clearly reveal whether it is a 5G phone. Hopefully, the TENAA listing will be updated through which more details of the phone will be revealed.
