Samsung Galaxy S11 that has a model number of SM-G986B has appeared for the first time on Geekbench benchmarking platform.
Like the previously released flagship phones from Samsung, it is expected to arrive in different markets in Exynos and Snapdragon chipset editions. The Exynos 9830 SoC powered Galaxy S11 has been spotted in this Geekbench listing along with some key details.
On Geekbench 5, the Galaxy S11 has appeared with Exynos 9830 chipset that has a base frequency of 1.95Hz. The SoC is coupled with 12 GB of RAM which could be the highest variant of the device. The smartphone will be running on Android 10 OS. In the single-core test of Geekbench, the Galaxy S11 has scored 427 points. It has recorded a score of 2326 in the multi-core test.
Galaxy S11 Specifications (Rumored)
The Samsung Galaxy S11 is rumored to be equipped with a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED display with top-center positioned punch-hole. It is expected to carry support for 120Hz refresh rate. The rear side of the phone could be featuring a quad camera setup with 108-megapixel primary lens and a 48-megapixel sensor with 10x loseless zoom and up to 100x hybrid zoom support.
The S11 is also rumored to arrive with support for 8K video shooting at 30 fps. The exact size of its battery is not known, but it is expected to arrive with support for 25W fast charging. It may arrive in SIM and eSIM editions whereas the advanced S11+ could be a 5G ready device.
Just as the Galaxy S10 series had included Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ phones, it is speculated that the Galaxy S11 lineup will include Galaxy S11e, Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11+ smartphones. A recent report on German publication named Matrix Life revealed that the Galaxy S11 series will be officially released on February 11, 2020.
