Verizon’s latest firmware update has been rolled out for Moto 5G Mod along with four models of the latest Galaxy S10 series flagship from Samsung.
The phones getting the updates are the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e and the S10 5G. While Samsung phones are all getting their latest Android security patches for the month of July 2019, the software updates on the Motorola models cover a lot more.
Samsung Galaxy S10
The Samsung flagship launched earlier this year receives the latest July patch of the Android security update. There is no other addition to the updates this time.
Samsung Galaxy S10+:
Verizon is sending the latest Android security update of July 2019 to this higher end flagship of this year’s Samsung Galaxy S series phones, the S10+.
Samsung Galaxy S10e:

Moto Z2 Force
The major upgrade for the Moto Z2 Force Edition smartphone from Verizon on this occasion is the software version being bumped to the Android Pie. This will expose the users to a host of new features of Pie. Verizon expects the users of the Moto Z2 Force to start enjoying longer battery life. This update will add support for the 5G Moto Mod to this device and is exhorting the customers to join Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wide Band (UWB) 5G network. The latest June Android security update patch is also included.
Motorola Moto 5G
This 4th update from Verizon for the Motorola Moto 5G mainly has the additional support to the device for operating in the UWB 5G network offered by Verizon. The mod gets added in this update.
