The M1901F9T and M190F1F9E model numbers that belong to an upcoming Xiaomi phone has been approved by China Compulsory Certificate (3C) body in China.
These models have been CCC certified over a week after they were approved by China’s Ministry of Institute and Information Technology (MIIT).
When M1901F9T and M190F1F9E had appeared on CMIIT, it was speculated that it could be a high-end Xiaomi phone. However, fresh information reveals that it will be a low budget phone since it carries support for 10W charging. There are no other details available on the smartphone yet. The handset is soon expected to surface on TENAA with full specs in the coming weeks.
All the Xiaomi phones that have released so far in this year have their model numbers starting from M18, but the newly spotted devices have M19. Probably, M1901F9T/ M190F1F9E Xiaomi phone could be the first phone from the company in year 2019.
Xiaomi has launched nearly 20 phones in this year so far. Among them, the Redmi 6A is the only smartphone that is packed with modest specs. Hence, the M1901F9T/ M190F1F9E Xiaomi phone could be the Redmi 7A that may arrive as a successor of the Redmi 6A. It is too early to speculate on the name of the device.
As far as the end of the year is concerned, Xiaomi will be selling the Mi MIX 3 Forbidden City Edition smartphone in December. It is a special edition model that is packed with 10 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The blue colored device sports a ceramic build with a design of a gold colored mythical lion on the rear. The handset will be available in a special box package which will also include a 24k gold plated statue of the mythical creature. The package also includes 10W wireless charger.
