The players of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 now have more modes and maps at their disposal than they did during the first beta weekend of the game.
This particular update has been officially announced by Infinity Ward. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s first weekend was organized around a week ago and was made accessible only to PlayStation users.
The second beta weekend has now officially commenced and is accessible to PC gamers and the fans of Xbox Call of Duty. Infinity Ward has also offered fans a glimpse of what they could expect from Modern Warfare 2.

The first weekend, as fans would know, had a concise structure to it. Initially, players were offered just about three maps and four playlists. By the time the first weekend came to an end, two more playlists (3rd Person POV and Search & Destroy) were included in the game. No additional maps, however, were added further to the first weekend of the game.
In the second beta weekend of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, players have the opportunity of choosing from as many as six maps and seven playlists. The new modes in the game include Invasion, 3rd Person Moshpit and Ground War. Sa’id and Sariff Bay are the two new maps that have been added to the game. What’s interesting is the fact that these two maps have been designed for Ground War.

Call of Duty fans, who are not keen on participating in elaborate matches, can continue enjoying the 6v6 multiplayer content that was made accessible to all the players in beta’s first week. There is a good chance of Infinity Ward releasing more content as the weekend proceeds further.
